گاز کلر سدیم مونلیکه میسالت پانسمانی آغشته به سدیم کلراید می‌باشد که برای تمیز کردن زخم های ملتهب، عفونی و پر ترشح مورد استفاده قرار می‌گیرد. پانسمان میسالت درفاز التهابی زخم کاربرد بسیار زیادی دارد. همچنین در زخم هایی که بصورت حفره ای می باشند می توانید از این پانسمان استفاده کنید.
